ZZSleep Kid-Safe Diffuser Blend

Is your little one struggling to find good or consistent sleep? We created the Kid-Safe blend called ZZSleep to help children (and adults too!) fall asleep and have more soothing and relaxing sleep. Containing all kid-safe essential oils, it's a great blend to use in a diffuser at night!

INGREDIENTS:

• Lavender Essential Oil (Lavandula angustifolia)
• Frankincense Indian Essential Oil (Boswellia serrata)
• Vetiver Brown Essential Oil (Vetiveria zizanioides)
• Bergamot Essential Oil (Citrus bergamia)
  

IDEAS FOR USE:

• Add 1 drop to a water based diffuser and run for 5 minutes in a well ventilated space
• Dilute 1 drop with 1 tsp carrier oil and add 2 drops of diluted blend to the bottoms of feet, cover with socks
• Dilute 1 drop with 1 tbsp carrier oil and add 1 drop of diluted blend to the back of the neck (do a patch test first!) 15 minutes before bedtime
