So how does this all work?

Your care begins with a one-on-one consultation, where we take the time to learn about you, your lifestyle, and the areas where you’re looking for additional wellness support. This may include concerns such as stress and emotional wellness, sleep, everyday aches and discomfort, respiratory wellness, skincare, or navigating side effects and changes associated with medications.

From there, we create a personalized aromatherapy plan of care designed specifically for your needs and lifestyle. Depending on your consultation, your plan may include custom diffuser blends, aromatherapy rollers, topical preparations, skincare products, herbal preparations, or other thoughtfully selected aromatherapy and holistic wellness options.

Initial consultations are currently $45, with any recommended custom products priced separately. Most products range from approximately $10–$35, allowing us to create a plan that works for both your wellness goals and your budget.

And your care doesn’t have to end after your first appointment! If you choose ongoing support, we’ll continue to check in on how your plan is fitting into your everyday life, what’s working well, and where adjustments may be helpful. Your plan can evolve right alongside you.

Follow-up appointments are $30 and are typically scheduled about once per month.
