SHIPPING POLICY
If you are local to the Central Ohio area, we offer free local pickup and at our shop located at 46 N Sandusky Street, Suite 201, Delaware, OH 43015. If you would prefer shipping, costs will be calculated based on weight and current shipping rates.
United States: Free Shipping on orders $60+
Globally: Free Shipping on orders $100+
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of our products being made to order, processing time can vary from 1-10 BUSINESS days (business days mean Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm EST). You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused items within 30 days of purchase. This applies to all products in our shop. In order to receive a refund, you must ship back all of your products that you would like to request a refund for. We will gladly offer a free return label, so no extra fees are your responsibility!
One a return label is sent, your package MUST be in the mail within 14 calendar days of the label being emailed to you. If your package is not in the mail within 14 calendar days of the label being emailed to you, a $15 return delay fee will incur.
Please note, delays in shipping may occur due to holiday rush seasons that are completely out of our control. We do not honor refunds simply because an order is delayed in the mail. If your order arrives late after you are in need of it for an event or holiday and would like a refund, please email us after receiving your package (must provide photo proof that you have received your package with all of your items unopened and in the box). We will then send you a free return shipping label and all items must be shipped back. After we receive any/all items that are wanting to be refunded, we will then issue your refund.
All refunds take 3-10 business days to process in your bank, but may vary depending on bank policies and processing times.
If you would like to return your items in person, please make sure you bring proof of purchase (email or receipt). We cannot accept returns without a receipt or proof of purchase.
