When will my order Ship?
Our current processing time is 1-10 business days. Your order will ship within that time frame, but if we are experiencing delays, we will reach out to you via email with any updates.
How long does shipping take?
The shipping method you choose at checkout will determine the amount of time your order will take to ship. We normally ship orders out Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
Economy/Standard: 1-5 Business Days
Express: 1-3 Business Days
International: 5-15 Business Days
RETURNS
What is your Exchange Policy?
We only offer exchanges if products are unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Custom products are not eligible for exchange. If you would like to start an exchange request, please email us at hello@ampersandessentials.net.
What is your Return Policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. All products must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. If you would like to start a return, simply email us at hello@ampersandessentials.net.
When will I receive my Refund?
After we approve your request for a refund, we will send you a free return label to ship the products back to us. We require all products to be shipped back to our facility in order to process your refund. After we receive your products and determine they are in its original state, we will process your refund. Refunds will only be returned to the original payment method. Returns may take up to 10 business days to appear on your banking statements, but this also depends on the policy of your bank.
